Updated over 4 months ago

Getting Started

Joining the RVO Host Ambassador Program is essentially signing up to be an External Host Recruiter. You will earn commission for each host you get to sign up for the RVO Hosting Program. There are some requirements for each host in order to receive commission.

Guidelines for Recruiting Host Locations

What qualifies a host to be on the RVO Platform?

  • Available parking space for RVs to park overnight

  • Space must be owned by the host or they must have written consent to allow RVO Members to park in the space allotted.

  • Must be a small business or farm, with insurance.

  • Must be able to offer one night of dry camping (boondocking) at no direct charge.

  • Must have goods or services for sale so that the host can be supported by RVO Members.

Approaching Hosts to Join RVOvernights.com

  • Make sure they fit into the qualifications above

  • Explain the program in person, via phone call, or email, using the resources provided.

  • Share the sign up link with the host and encourage them to complete the application. You can assist or do the application for them, but you must have their approval to do so before taking action for them.

Information to give hosts

You can have any prospective host go to this link, which will take them directly to create a new account and sign their location up as a host. If you don’t have this direct link on hand, you can have any host just go to www.RVOvernights.app and click the black “Sign Up” button at the bottom.

Compensation and Submissions

  • What is considered a “recruitment” eligible for commission

    • Any host who signs up for the RVO Program, completes their application, is approved to host on the program, and remains on the program for a minimum of 30 days.

  • Submissions
