When you get a stay request, if unanswered, it will expire within 7 days. Be sure to have notifications turned on and be attentive to keep your customers happy!
Be sure to report anything that doesn’t conform to our program. This includes campers who aren’t self-contained or are camping in cars or tents, members who no-show or cancel last minute, or inappropriate behavior.
Utilize Our Marketplace! You keep 100% of all sales!
List all the items you can profit from for member stays. This includes but isn’t limited to, Additional Nights, Services, Connections and Hookups, Tours, Tastings, Products, Experiences and more!
Tie in your existing payment providers like Stripe, Square, Paypal, and Venmo!
How to check-in Guests using our QR Code
We want hosting to be easy, profitable, and informative. So we built a QR Code Check-In.
When a member arrives, ask them to pull up their QR Code for their approved stay (This is in the messenger).
Scan with ANY camera phone, no app is required.
THAT’S IT! They are checked-in.
PLUS you will see all their information including their name, date of stay, profile photo, rig photo, phone number and any items they purchased. This makes the rest of their stay easy for you and your team!
QR Code Check-In is OPTIONAL
Our QR Code Check-In makes it easy, but you do not have to use it in order to work with the program, Guests who are never checked in will be auto-checked post-stay unless you report otherwise.
