All of our hosts are small businesses. For many of them, they are owner operators, meaning they do get busy from time to time.
All host profiles have an expected response time based on their average of responding to our members in the platform. Please use this as a guide for when you can expect to hear back.
When you submit a stay request, a messenger thread is started. At the top of this thread the host's phone number will be displayed. Should you need an answer before they message back, you can always call them.
