Three-Strike Policy for Members
Our host locations have limited availability and make accommodations for your arrival. When you cancel at the last minute or are a no-show, it hurts the host and other members. The host loses out on a guest and sales for the night, and other members lose out on a place to stay. For this reason, we have our Three-Strike Policy.
Our system tracks cancellations and no-shows along with the time stamps of each action. More than three last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will result in a review of your membership account to determine if your membership will be revoked.
Not all last-minute cancellations will necessarily count towards your membership, as these are at the discretion of the host locations. It is important to communicate with your host should you unexpectedly not be able to honor your stay request.
