See how to review & approve or deny a stay request. Plus a full overview of the messaging center with members.

Reviewing & Accepting Member Stay Requests as a Host

  1. Navigate to hosting dashboard on your web browser or on our mobile app.

2. Click Pending Stay Requests

3. Here you will see a list of all pending stay requests, you can click anywhere on the request to pull up details and view more.

4. First you can review the members personal information, name, phone, email, hometown.

5. You can also see more details here like traveler type, if they have pets or kids traveling with them.

6. This section shows details about their RV or Camper. Rig with Tow is a total length connected. Rig Length is a trailer or motorhome without any other items connected to it.

7. Click "See Reviews" and you can see a more detailed breakdown of the users reviews

8. You can view all review details here

9. This is a users "Stay Score" which shows how often they honor their stay requests. Click "See Stays" and you can see the details of that stay score.

10. Click to view all past stays and statuses

11. You can see which space the member requested "RV Overnights - Space #2"

12. Review their rig photo and rig type

13. Here you will see "Member Notes" they have submitted with their stay request.

14. The Check-In Date is Shown "Apr 23, 2025"

15. The Checkout date is shown "Apr 24, 2025"

16. IF the member requested additional nights, you will see them here. They will not show on your calendar, only the first night will show, but in the stay request these details will stay "Additional: Apr 24, 2025 - Apr 27, 2025"

17. You can click here to reject the stay request.

18. Or here to send a message first and chat.

19. If you want to approve them, click here. Click "Approve stay request"

20. You will be asked to confirm approval of the booking or cancel the approval.

21. You can always return to the booking to cancel it if needed. Click "Cancel / Reject"

22. You will be prompted before cancelling to confirm you want to cancel.

23. You can also message the member right from here, just Click "πŸ’¬ Send Message"

24. This will take you to the message center. Click on the conversation.

25. Here you can see the members information as well as your chat thread with them. The members phone number is here in case you need it "Call Member:"

26. You can see the date or dates of stay as well.

27. To see more options, click the three dots:

28. Here we can see many things, such as click "Request Member Location" to see where they are on their way to you.

29. You can also "Report No-Show"

30. You would fill in any details of the no show here and click "Report"

31. You can also "Report an Issue"

32. Type to share the details of the issue and click "Report"
