RV Overnights Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions
The RV Overnights Rewards Program (“Program”) is a benefit offered exclusively to active RV Overnights members. Participation in the Program is subject to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
The Program is available to all active RV Overnights members with an active, paid subscription.
If a membership lapses or is canceled, all accumulated points and loyalty benefits are forfeited.
2. Earning Points
Members earn points by engaging with the RV Overnights platform as follows:
Completed Stay: 100 points
Review of Stay: +50 points
Photo Upload with Review: +50 points
Loyalty Reward – Renewal Anniversary: 100 points per completed renewal year
Referral of New Member (active paying subscription required): 200 points per referral
Special Campaigns: Points may be awarded during promotional events
3. Redeeming Points
Points automatically apply toward the next annual renewal.
Conversion: 100 points = 1% discount.
Maximum redemption per year: 20% off renewal, capped at 2000 points a year.
Excess points earned beyond the 2000 point cap do not roll over to future years but do count toward leaderboard ranking.
4. Loyalty & Expiration
Loyalty anniversary points are credited only upon successful renewal.
If membership lapses or is canceled:
All unused points are forfeited
Loyalty anniversary credit resets to zero
Legacy pricing is lost; returning members may rejoin only at current standard pricing
5. Leaderboard & Free Membership
A public Leaderboard will display the Top 100 point earners by username (first name and last initial for members).
Leaderboard winners (Top 100) receive a free membership for the following year.
Leaderboard is refreshed monthly and finalized once per year.
High Point Earner Winner Announcement: Will occur yearly on April 1st.
6. Restrictions
Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Fraudulent activity (duplicate reviews, irrelevant photos, fake referrals) may result in forfeiture of points and disqualification from the Program.
RV Overnights reserves the right to adjust point values, earning methods, or program rules at any time.
7. Notifications & Tracking
Members will be notified of earned points after qualifying actions (e.g., stays, renewals, referrals). (Coming Soon)
Points balance, progress toward renewal discount, and leaderboard status will be visible in the member portal and app. (Coming Soon)
8. General
RV Overnights Rewards Program is subject to change or termination at any time.
