All of our hosts are small businesses or registered 501c3 Non-Profits.
Hosting for them varies on their schedule, business, and preferences.
As a Host, each one sets their availability. This includes days of the week they are open or available to host, how many days in advance they need to get a request, and how many days from the current date they are willing to accept stays in the future.
Hosts have the option of 90 days, 180 days, and 365 days in the future to accept stay requests. Each Host sets this based on their preferences.
The majority of our hosts select 365 days, but some do prefer to only book shorter windows to help them manage their visitors better.
