How do I request a refund as part of Graham's Guarantee?

To Qualify for a refund, you must meet the following requirements:

Conditions of a Full Refund

  • We will only issue a refund to an account once. Should you choose to join again in the future, you will not be eligible for a second refund.

  • Refunds are at the discretion of RVOvernights

  • Should a membership be refunded, no grandfathered membership rates will be maintained. Memberships must have no lapse to maintain your current rate.

  • If you purchased a membership through the Apple App Store or Android Marketplace, you must submit a request through their service to receive your refund.
