We find that most business insurance is sufficient to cover your needs, however we always recommend checking with your provider.
When it comes to insurance and liability for our hosts, we have several things in place to help protect against any problems.
Member Hold Harmless Clause
Part of our program includes a Hold Harmless Agreement, which is part of our legal Terms and Conditions for all users.
Hold Harmless Clause Language
“Members agree to hold harmless RV Overnights LLC (RVOvernights.com, RVO), all Hosts and their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any loss, expense, liability, damage, claim (including attorneys’ fees) made or brought by or on behalf of you, your family or guests, or brought against RV Overnights LLC as a result of your actions, for any and all claims, controversies, actions, causes of actions, liabilities, demands or damages of whatever name or nature that arise from your use of any RV Overnights LLC materials or information.
Members agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions of Use as well as our “Member Guidelines”. Failure to do so may result in termination of membership without refund.”
Member Guidelines Require Insurance
In our member guidelines, it requires every member to carry proper insurance in accordance with state and provincial laws, so their rig is fully covered when on your property.
“You must keep insurance in accordance with state or provincial laws. You must keep a valid proof of insurance with you at all times while on host property. Hosts and RV Overnights are not responsible for damage or theft to any and all of your property including your RV, Camper, Tow Vehicle, TOAD, personal property, personal injury to you or others traveling with you.”
