What notifications do I get as a host?

You can get three different types of notifications from our platform:

  • Email

  • SMS (Text Messages)

  • Push Notifications (Using our Native App on iPhone and Android)

For Email and SMS, you can turn these on and off in your dashboard. By default when you sign up, they are both set to on, unless you turn them off. Push notifications require you to download our app in the respective app store.

If you have not been getting emails, please check your SPAM filter. If you find our emails there, mark them "Not Spam" and this should ensure proper delivery in the future.

Here is a short list of some of the things we send notifications to hosts for:

  • New Stay Request

  • New Message

  • Stay Request Cancellation

  • Stay Request Expired

  • New Review from a Member
