How do I manage my availability as a host?

Our platform allows you to Accept or Deny every stay request. You can review the details of a stay request before making a decision in our host dashboard.

In addition to this, you can manage your availability displayed on your calendar in your dashboard as well. Our system allows you to do this in three different ways:

  • Block Entire Location

    • This will blackout your calendar for your selected dates. You can label the block for your own internal reference. The date blocks are always able to be edited and adjusted. You can also mark these blocks "Annual" so they recur the same dates annually. This allows you to list seasonality and other yearly times you cannot host.

  • Block Single Spaces

    • Alternatively, you can block a single space leaving the rest of your spaces available.

  • Add Outside Bookings

    • This is a very unique feature to our platform. Clicking on a parking space, you can add an "Outside Booking" which will allow you to block off parking spaces individually, while also adding unique details from other platforms to help you manage the program.
